An Estimator supports the tendering process by estimating project costs, managing risks, and preparing competitive bids to win construction projects. The role involves collaborating with multiple teams, developing pricing strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers. Proficiency in Excel and estimating software is essential, alongside attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Applicants should have experience with main contractors, ideally Tier 2 or above, and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment. The role also includes supporting value engineering and project handovers, ensuring effective transition and project delivery.
