Le poste

A Database Administrator is responsible for maintaining PostgreSQL, Greenplum, and Snowflake databases, including performance tuning, backup, and recovery. The role involves managing data ingestion pipelines, automating routine tasks, and supporting cloud deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP. Candidates should have experience with database provisioning, upgrades, migrations, and security best practices, using tools like Patroni, gpload, and PXF. Responsibilities include designing data structures, monitoring database health, and troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal performance. Technical skills in scripting languages such as Shell or Python are essential, along with expertise in data lake architecture and complex SQL queries. Flexibility to perform on-call duties over weekends is also required for this position.
