Le poste

An Application and Database Support analyst in Boston is responsible for maintaining and optimising SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB databases. They handle database installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades across on-premises and cloud environments, including AWS. The role involves implementing backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies, as well as performance tuning and query optimisation to enhance database efficiency. Collaboration with application and infrastructure teams is required for release deployments, environment refreshes, and configuration management, whilst troubleshooting complex issues and automating tasks with scripting tools. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of security, HA/DR, and compliance, and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills in enterprise or managed service settings.
