Act as a strategic partner for stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities in live event data and navigate ambiguity with rigor.
Define and execute roadmaps for measuring the impact of content merchandising and improving member experience using causal inference and ML.
Partner with product managers and other data scientists to refine and scale causal inference model-based systems for deployment.
Present research findings and insights to stakeholders across levels, translating complex analyses into actionable business decisions.
Become a regional expert on Merchandising and Content Understanding Data Science, educating regional offices and building scalable practices.
Lead experimentation programs (HTEs, multiple hypotheses testing) using Python/SQL and established causal inference frameworks to deliver robust signals.
