Le poste
The HR Coordinator supports payroll, benefits, onboarding, and employee relations to ensure compliance and a positive employee experience.
Independently process semi-monthly payroll with accuracy and in accordance with federal, state, and organizational policies.
Administer benefits programs, assist with open enrollment, and guide employees on plan provisions.
Maintain and audit HR data in the HRIS, support onboarding and offboarding, and help design training initiatives.
Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and develop engaging programs.
Support employee relations, uphold confidentiality, and ensure data accuracy and internal controls.
