A DevOps Engineer supports the administration and development of IT systems, focusing on automating deployment processes and infrastructure setup. They establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enhance software development efficiency, and implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform for managing cloud resources. The role involves troubleshooting cloud and server systems, and integrating monitoring solutions for quick issue identification. Candidates should possess experience with Azure cloud platforms, Terraform, Jenkins or GitHub Actions, and scripting languages. Additionally, a good understanding of Active Directory, Windows Server, and network fundamentals is expected. The position entails collaborating with senior engineers to automate infrastructure, support cloud environment operation, and document procedures according to standards.
