Le poste
A customer service representative supports the UK sales region by providing clients with product information, quotes, and order processing. The role involves managing customer relationships, collaborating with technical and sales teams, and processing orders within SAP ERP. Candidates are expected to have at least three years' experience in a commercial or B2B environment and possess strong communication and administrative skills. Technical aptitude, knowledge of international business, and experience with SAP are advantageous. The position requires excellent command of English and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office setting.
