Le poste
Own the end-to-end lifecycle for perception models, from research and data curation to real-time deployment on in-vehicle compute.
Develop 3D object detection and tracking (vehicles, pedestrians, cyclists) and real-time drivable-world mapping through multi-modal sensor fusion (camera, LiDAR, radar).
Build scalable training pipelines, optimize models for low-latency inference, and ensure robust performance on resource-constrained hardware.
Conduct data-driven debugging to address long-tail phenomena, occlusions, sensor noise, and adversarial scenarios across diverse weather conditions.
Define robust metrics, collaborate with Safety and Systems teams, and integrate perception outputs into vehicle systems.
Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and drive cross-functional feature development from concept to launch.
