An SC Cleared Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and implementing scalable Azure cloud solutions in a complex environment. They handle migration, automation, security, and platform engineering tasks, collaborating with various technical teams. Key duties include deploying Azure IaaS, PaaS, managing networking, and implementing security measures like firewall and disaster recovery solutions. Candidates should have experience with ARM Templates, PowerShell, Kubernetes, Docker, and Azure security features, supporting both Windows and Linux platforms. The role requires strong technical skills and an active SC clearance for a hybrid work setting in Derby. It offers a 12-month contract within a major enterprise transformation programme.
