Position: Staff ML Engineer focused on Personalization & AI.
Over 10 years of ML experience with a strong background deploying recommendation systems.
Own end-to-end ML lifecycle including design, deployment, and scaling of production models.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate product goals into data-driven personalization strategies; provide technical project management.
Hybrid work model with stock options; competitive compensation.
Lead and mentor teams, drive AI initiatives, and advance personalization at scale.
