Sr. Software Engineer, Machine Learning (Search) - Slack

Develop ML models to improve ranking, retrieval, and user-facing AI features, collaborating with product managers, designers, and frontend engineers.
Own end-to-end features and contribute to large multi-functional projects that drive business impact while maintaining long-term health of the systems.
