Continual real-time monitoring of security platforms and hands-on security operations within CE&BO.
Own CST tickets from triage to full resolution, communicating impact to non-technical audiences.
Detect and respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement containment and remediation actions.
Monitor trends, coordinate with CE&BO colleagues during incidents, and provide timely updates and escalation as needed.
Lead Major Incidents as first point of contact, maintain incident timelines, and share updates with CST.
Work a rotational 12-hour shift pattern on a 4-week roster (days, nights, weekends, holidays), with on-call for severe incidents.
