Industrial Engineer

Lead end-to-end design and optimization of manufacturing workflows, facility layouts, and equipment integration to maximize material flow and capacity.
Serve as the technical lead for high-impact initiatives, defining solution approaches and ensuring outcomes meet key performance, timeline, and cost objectives.
Conduct time and motion studies, takt time analysis, and production flow assessments to identify constraints and implement scalable Lean solutions.
Apply analytical modeling and simulation methodologies to evaluate proposed changes and predict operational outcomes prior to implementation.
Partner with Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering to shape New Product Introduction strategies for manufacturability and scalability.
Integrate process improvements with ERP and data visualization tools to convert operational data into actionable insights and sustained performance enhancements.
