Oversees field construction, organizing, planning, scheduling, and enforcing safety to complete the work on time, within budget and quality.
Acts as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and conducts construction and owner project meetings.
Manages the budget, schedule, quality control, and the activities of the prime contractor(s).
Identifies, analyzes, and mitigates potential risks and issues.
Develops and writes monthly progress reports and manages inspections.
Maintains project records and assists in obtaining the project’s certificate of occupancy.
