Corporate Partner

Advise on and negotiate mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other complex corporate transactions.
Structure and negotiate a wide range of corporate and commercial contracts, including shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, technology licensing, and service agreements.
Counsel clients on corporate formation, restructuring, governance, privacy, and compliance with applicable corporate laws.
Provide strategic guidance to boards of directors and executive teams on fiduciary duties and corporate governance.
Advise on legal and regulatory considerations involving digital assets, blockchain technologies, and emerging financial products.
Qualifications include a JD from an accredited school, admission to the New York State bar, 10+ years of corporate experience, and strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills; sustained book of business and ability to generate new business.
