Develop and present marketing strategies, monitor competitor activity, and optimise pricing and incentives across developments.
Oversee sales progression to achieve timely exchanges and completions, and build strong relationships with estate agents, solicitors, IFAs, and internal departments.
Recruit, develop, and appraise Sales Executives, cultivating a high-performing team and driving performance against targets.
Ensure Health & Safety compliance and adherence to GDPR, Consumer Code, and Property Misdescriptions Act, delivering compliant customer service at all times.
