Cybersecurity Assurance Lead

Lead day-to-day cybersecurity assurance testing programs, including application security testing, ethical hacking, red team operations, and third-party engagements, with a hands-on, player-coach leadership style.
Directly manage a small team of senior security engineers, mentoring talent and coordinating testing across globally distributed teams to ensure quality and consistency.
Own program delivery, continuous improvement, governance, and documentation to drive measurable risk reduction and operational maturity.
Contribute hands-on security testing, vulnerability validation, adversarial simulations, and security research to stay ahead of emerging threats.
Translate complex findings into clear, business-relevant risk insights and collaborate with cyber defense, development, security architecture, and vendor partners.
Influence tooling evaluation, proof-of-concept, adoption, and alignment with SDLC, CI/CD, and organizational security goals to strengthen the security posture.
