Experienced Litigation Paralegal

Support the litigation team with substantive casework in civil and probate matters, including drafting shells, pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
Conduct legal research and cite-check authorities.
Organize, review, and summarize discovery materials and case files for efficient trial preparation.
Assist attorneys for hearings, depositions, trials, and client meetings; manage case calendars, deadlines, and docketing.
Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel professionally and maintain filing of electronic and physical court documents.
Enter and maintain accurate client data in the case management system, schedule consultations, and track leads with timely follow-up; demonstrate flexibility, independence, and strong multitasking with empathy and client-centered service.
