As a Senior Data Analyst in Strategy & Operations, you will design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines, dashboards (Looker), and reporting assets that support lending operations.
Lead strategic analytical projects delivering critical insights and driving operational change for small businesses nationwide.
Provide daily analytics support to Ops teams and empower data access and self-service for impactful decision-making.
Perform ad-hoc analyses of performance trends to inform executive decisions, communicating findings clearly.
Partner with Operations, Product, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Engineering to translate requirements into clear data deliverables.
Develop scalable data models and visualizations while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
