Senior Data Analyst - Strategy & Operations

Join the Strategy & Operations team within a financial services division as a Senior Data Analyst. You will design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines, dashboards (Looker), and reporting assets that support operational reporting; lead strategic analytics projects to drive operational improvements serving small businesses nationally. Provide daily analytics support to operational teams and empower data access and self-service. Perform ad-hoc analyses of performance trends to inform executive decisions. Communicate insights and recommendations to partners and executives in verbal, visual, and written formats, and translate banking requirements into clear data deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional partners including Operations, Product, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Engineering.
