Recruiting Assistant/Recruiter in Training

As a Recruiting Assistant/Recruiter in Training, you will help design and implement a scalable recruiting strategy to attract top talent. You will source and engage candidates through databases, social media, and employee referrals, building a strong talent pipeline. You will screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates against defined job requirements. You will partner with client managers to understand hiring needs and coordinate the interview process from screening through decision. You will craft compelling job descriptions and post roles across relevant boards and channels. This is a fully remote role from anywhere in the US, offering commission-based pay with strong earning potential in a fast-paced startup environment.
