Lead end-to-end integration efforts for ad tech partners, acting as a platform expert to navigate technical ambiguity and select scalable paths.
Own the integration lifecycle from implementation to configuration and validation, leveraging established SWE tooling.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for partners, translating their needs into actionable requirements and roadmaps.
Provide hands-on technical support, monitor launches, and ensure stability of mature integrations.
Act as the internal quarterback during critical incidents, coordinating communication between clients and Product/Engineering.
Drive proactive technical communications and contribute to integration-related code changes with SWE teams.
