Lead Machine Learning Engineer (Fulfilment)

Line 1: As a Lead ML Engineer, you will develop and deploy large-scale user behavioural platforms in a high-throughput, real-time environment.
Line 2: Build advanced behavioural models for customers, drivers, and partners to power personalised recommendations.
Line 3: Design and productionise ML systems that support large-scale What-If scenario simulations, predicting aggregate behavioral changes under pricing, incentives, or demand shifts.
Line 4: Define the technical roadmap for integrating the platform across product lifecycles and set design guidelines for related system components.
Line 5: Develop and integrate both statistical models (e.g., Mixed Logit, discrete choice) and generative models (RL, Transformer/LLMs) to model action sequences.
Line 6: Collaborate with product managers and engineers to build simulation workflows, identify bottlenecks, tune performance, and drive code quality and reviews.
