Senior Data Scientist (Analytics)

Own the design and execution of A/B tests and quasi-experiments to measure the impact of product changes on engagement, retention, and conversion.
Analyze experiment results and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for product improvements.
Run deep-dive analyses of user behavior using statistical methods and machine learning to uncover trends and root causes.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and designers to define hypotheses, prioritize features, and drive data-driven decision making.
Build and maintain intuitive dashboards that track product performance in real time and visualize trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
Communicate complex insights effectively and act as a strategic partner throughout the product development lifecycle.
