Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure billing accuracy in compliance with CMO regulations.
Generate monthly invoicing and reporting, collaborating with the accounting team to close monthly/annual books.
Oversee administrative tasks and logistics for campaigns and events, including stock and material tracking.
Track inventory, manage samples and promotional materials, and coordinate shipments to venues and partners.
Support activations with on-site logistics, setup, execution, and post-project reconciliation.
Collaborate with the North American Director and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and financial closures.
