Lead UX Designer - Agentic AI Platform

Own the UX for key GenAI-powered product areas from discovery through launch and iteration, delivering usable, governable experiences.
Translate product strategy and model capabilities into compelling user journeys, information architecture, and interaction patterns.
Design AI-specific experiences including prompts/inputs, outputs, citations/provenance, feedback loops, error states, and safe fallback behaviors.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI within a scalable system (components, patterns, tokens).
Lead and partner on user research (concept tests, usability studies, diary studies) and translate insights into design decisions; define UX success metrics such as task completion, time-on-task, comprehension, trust, adoption, and deflection.
Collaborate with ML/Engineering to align on model constraints, latency, confidence, and evaluation signals; ensure accessibility, security, and auditability; contribute to and evolve the design system and content standards; mentor the team and elevate design quality through critiques and coaching.
