Lead Technical Writer

As the first Technical Writer, you will own the quality and consistency of accountant-facing documentation across reference docs, explanations, tutorials, and how-to guides.
Transform rough drafts, new features, and technical walkthroughs into polished, publishable content that helps accountants understand and adopt the platform.
Collaborate closely with product engineering and customer success to develop docs from scratch and maintain up-to-date content as the platform evolves.
Set documentation standards, style guidelines, and contribute to the tooling and release notes that support the content infrastructure.
Review features for accuracy and clarity, resolve issues with product managers and engineers, and contribute to information architecture decisions on content organization.
Build accounting workflows and provide hands-on guidance and training to customers and the customer success team, drawing on real-world platform experience.
