As Director of AI Engineering, you will lead a high-impact team delivering AI capabilities across multiple products.
You’ll mentor software engineers, conduct regular 1-1s, and promote an agile culture using the Atlassian stack.
You’ll oversee code reviews, design meetings, and maintain high velocity and code quality through CI/CD and AI tools.
You’ll design, deploy, and improve ML systems on AWS to meet ultra-low latency and ultra-high reliability standards.
You’ll architect and deploy AI agents across Market Platforms, Capital Access Platforms, and Anti-Financial Crime divisions.
You’ll collaborate with global, cross-functional teams across time zones to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
