Design, implement, and oversee the CRA program across divisions, coordinating with Division CRA Coordinators and management.
Develop policies and procedures for data collection of loans, services, and donations, and monitor data accuracy.
Perform CRA analyses to identify gaps and opportunities, compiling annual performance context and management reports.
Stay updated on regulatory changes, provide staff training, and update policies as required.
Coordinate with FDIC examiners during visits and assist with CRA data submissions to regulatory agencies.
Offer bank-wide CRA guidance, support training for boards and staff, and ensure compliance with BSA, Patriot Act, and OFAC.
