Lead planning and execution of global AI research programs, coordinating distributed teams across time zones to deliver production-ready outcomes.
Establish operational systems, schedules, dependencies, and governance to keep multi-team research moving smoothly.
Bridge research and product by partnering with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to identify outputs suitable for productization and define handover processes.
Enhance research operations with standardized reporting, risk management, and delivery discipline to improve predictability and transparency.
Support AI model development by coordinating experiments, data needs, and training cycles, guiding technical trade-offs and sequencing.
Foster alignment and trust through clear communication with researchers, product teams, leadership, and stakeholders, while mentoring peers to uplift delivery craft.
