Mobile Engineer

Support operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment across assigned facilities.
Perform lighting maintenance (bulbs and ballasts), minor plumbing, interior upkeep, and general building tasks (furniture, fixtures, painting, locksmith work) as needed.
Complete facility inspections and due diligence to identify conditions affecting occupancy and operations, with clear reporting of findings.
Be on-call for after-hours emergencies and ensure compliance with safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and applicable codes.
Demonstrate physical capability to lift up to 80 lbs, climb ladders up to 30 ft, and work both independently and in a team.
Maintain documentation of work performed and materials used, participate in ongoing technical and safety training, and hold a valid state driver’s license.
