Sr Data Scientist

Lead the development and implementation of advanced data science models and algorithms with a focus on credit risk and profitable lending decisions. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions. Drive best practices in data science, ensure data quality and integrity, and mentor junior data scientists. Monitor portfolio metrics, segment-level performance, and KPIs to proactively identify emerging risks and opportunities. Partner cross-functionally with teams including Machine Learning, Fraud, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Bank Partners to align risk strategies with business objectives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and lead end-to-end projects with minimal supervision, delivering clear insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
