Senior Accountant, Accounting

Responsible for working capital and balance sheet reporting, including forecasting and budgeting, with initiatives to standardize and improve processes.
Ensures balance sheets are accurately stated and reconciled to the general ledger, analyzes variances, and recommends adjustments.
Generates monthly journal entries with appropriate backup and supports month-end close activities.
Analyzes financial statements for operating trends, investigates variances against forecast and budget, and prepares management reports.
Develops automated Oracle routines (mass allocations, recurring journal entries) and drives efficiency through standardized procedures.
Supports internal and external audits, exercises independent judgment, and contributes to policy implementation and process improvements, with flexible scheduling as needed.
