Die Stelle
Location: Lewisburg, TN – onsite Monday through Thursday.
Provide hands-on and remote support for Windows desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral hardware.
Deploy, configure, and maintain endpoint devices and standard software images.
Troubleshoot operating systems, applications, device drivers, and performance issues; manage user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
Support Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and basic networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Maintain clear documentation in the IT ticketing system and assist with asset tracking, imaging, deployment, repair coordination, and decommissioning.
