Senior Financial Management Analyst/Consultant

This onsite role provides specialized accounting and financial management support to DoN/NAVWAR in Washington, DC, at the Washington Navy Yard.
Key focus areas include complex PPBE planning, budgeting, execution, and developing annual financial spend plans.
Responsibilities include entering financial data into Navy ERP or successor systems, assisting with budget preparation, cost tracking, and variance reviews.
You will analyze financial performance, prepare budgets and executive summaries, and develop recommendations and courses of action (COAs) for financial issues.
You will research financial and economic developments affecting spending, interpret policies and regulations, and coordinate with multiple funding types and stakeholders.
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree, 7+ years of DoD/DoN financial management or consulting experience, DoN experience preferred, and the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance; CDFM preferred.
