Die Stelle
Oversees SEMP, Pathway to Employment, ETP, and Prevoc initiatives, including intake for ACCES-VR participants.
Leads community job development and manages related billing and Discovery assessment activities.
Handles the intake process, eligibility determination, and supports placement of participants into competitive employment.
Identifies and secures assessment sites for Discovery, collaborating with partners to expand opportunities.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience working with individuals with DD/ID; valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; prior Job Coach experience is a plus.
Full-time, daytime on-site schedule, Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–4:00 PM; no weekends.
