Support export logistics operations from the U.S. to Asia for bulk and container shipments.
Coordinate shipment schedules with shipping lines, carriers, and freight forwarders.
Prepare and manage trade documents such as Bills of Lading and invoices, and maintain shipment data.
Track shipment status and provide updates to internal stakeholders; assist with chartering-related activities as needed.
Maintain logistics records, perform basic reporting, and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Onsite for the first month, then hybrid (three days per week onsite); long-term U.S. work authorization required (no visa sponsorship).
