Accounting Clerk

This full-time on-site role focuses primarily on accounting tasks (approximately 70% of duties).
Key responsibilities include posting, accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, inventory costing and adjustments, and purchase/sales order reconciliation.
Other duties cover research on outstanding orders, bank deposits, aged customer reports with soft collections, and reconciliations for credit cards and PayPal.
Additional duties include reporting, statistics, shipping record auditing, and assisting with receiving inventory during downtime.
The remaining 30% involves administrative tasks such as managing client contracts, client service via phone and email, and resolving customer service issues.
Candidates should demonstrate high attention to detail, strong multi-tasking ability, independence, flexible communication, and proficiency with Sage accounting software and MS Office.
