Business Development Manager – Midlands

The Business Development Manager is responsible for managing approximately 33 pubs within the Midlands region, building strong relationships with operators and lessees. The role involves delivering a first-class retail experience, planning work schedules, and collaborating with support teams to create tailored business plans. The manager will oversee P&L responsibilities, optimise revenue, manage costs, and drive profitability through strategic initiatives. It requires a solid understanding of retail or hospitality operations and the ability to implement innovative retail solutions. Experience in the pub sector is advantageous, but candidates from other industries with strong commercial and customer focus are equally welcome. A full UK driving licence and driving experience are essential, with full training provided for new drivers.
