Senior Agentic AI Developer

We are seeking a Senior Agentic AI Developer to build production-grade autonomous agents and multi-agent orchestration systems that reshape fundraising, campaign optimization, and donor engagement. Design and implement LLM-based autonomous agents capable of planning, reasoning, tool-use, and long-term task decomposition. Engineer context- and memory-rich agents integrating structured data, external APIs, and conversational context to optimize outcomes. Build production-scale orchestration frameworks across campaign creation, optimization, and tracking using LangGraph, Pydantic AI, Google ADK, and CrewAI; enable A2A communication via MCP for dynamic peer-to-peer task delegation. Develop cloud-native infrastructure (Docker/Kubernetes, AWS/GCP) with observability and fault tolerance for scaling to millions of users; create vector and graph database integrations (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB; Neo4j/Graphiti) for persistent memory and semantic recall, and design RAG pipelines. Embed safety, fairness, explainability, and governance into agent behavior with real-time guardrails and auditing.
