Engineering Manager, Machine Learning, Model Evaluations and Data Curation (AI Foundations)

You will lead a world-class team of ML researchers and engineers focused on evaluating foundation models and curating high-quality data for training and testing.
Design rigorous benchmarks across ranking, recommendations, content understanding, and language generation to quantify real-world impact.
Develop model-based evaluators, strong baselines, and scalable data/evaluation systems that accelerate experimentation and ensure reproducibility.
Partner with downstream AI application teams to translate product needs into evaluation frameworks and measurable success criteria.
Foster an inclusive, high-performing culture, hire and develop talent, and collaborate with ML Platform and Data Engineering to integrate insights into model development.
Lead with a focus on robustness, quality, and multi-modal data to guide the evolution of foundation-model-powered personalization.
