Senior / Staff Data Engineer (BI) – CEG Team

As a Senior/Staff Data Engineer in the CEG team, you will design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines that ingest data from case management, telephony, chat, QA tools, WFM, CRM, and external sources.
Develop and optimize data models to support reporting, monitoring, forecasting, QA, and experimentation, while ensuring data quality, reliability, and observability.
Improve performance and cost efficiency of data jobs, and collaborate to standardize tooling, CI/CD, version control, documentation, and runbooks for data products.
Create data tools and internal products using Python, Java, Golang, or JavaScript/TypeScript to expose data via APIs, services, and lightweight UIs for agents, managers, and operations.
Partner with product and operations to translate questions into data problems, build dashboards, perform deep-dives, define KPIs, and deliver data-driven recommendations.
At Staff level, influence cross-team architecture, drive the data roadmap, mentor teammates, and raise the engineering bar while ensuring scalable, maintainable data solutions.
