Research Engineer - Robotics

Lead and contribute to cutting-edge robotics research focused on foundation models, vision-language-action, and real-to-sim-to-real workflows.
Develop, evaluate, and scale models for dexterous manipulation and whole-body control using large-scale data and industry-standard simulators.
Collaborate with researchers and interns to produce high-quality publications for top-tier conferences.
Set up hardware and software for robots (hands, arms, humanoids) and data-collection equipment, including teleoperation workflows.
Apply strong independent and collaborative research skills to deliver practical improvements that benefit customer programs.
Work in an in-office setting with partial remote flexibility and a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
