Staff Software Engineer, AI Platform

As a Staff Software Engineer - AI Platform, you'll drive three core areas: tooling and datasets for ML research, data pipelines enabling continuous model improvements with human feedback, and managing data infrastructure on Spark, Beam, and GCP.
Design and build scalable data warehouses and pipelines using BigQuery, dbt, Ray, Beam, and Spark.
Collaborate with ML researchers to deliver data-ready datasets and align models with user feedback.
Lead cloud infrastructure efforts with hands-on Python and SQL, ensuring reliability, security, and performance at scale.
Desirable experience includes Docker & Kubernetes containerization, PyTorch familiarity, and Terraform or Golang code.
You are proactive, a strong communicator, and capable of working independently and in a fast-paced team.
