Founding Lead Machine Learning Engineer

This founding technical role defines the core ML stack and product direction, from model selection to long-term architecture. You will own end-to-end training pipelines (data to training to eval to inference) and scalable inference systems. Design or adapt frontier models (LLaMA, Mistral, Qwen, Claude-compatible) and apply state-of-the-art fine-tuning methods. Build data systems for high-quality synthetic and real-world data, with alignment, safety, and guardrails. Own deployment aspects - GPU optimization, latency reduction, and scaling policies - while exploring retrieval-augmented training and multimodal techniques. Shape the early product direction, prototype new use cases, and establish engineering standards in a high-performance, founder-minded team.
