Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Senior Machine Learning Engineer focused on building and deploying advanced ML systems, including LLMs and multi-modal models, for real-world impact (on map-based intelligence such as POI search, ETA, traffic routing).
Own end-to-end development of small to moderate products from design through production rollout.
Translate business questions into technical problems, define hypotheses, run experiments, and perform data analyses to prove or disprove them.
Fine-tune and adapt foundation models (GPT, Llama, Qwen) with supervised and reinforcement learning; optimize inference latency and cost; deploy in production.
Architect agentic AI workflows using LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI Function Calling, including tool integration and multi-agent coordination.
Stay current with literature in Search/Recommendation, NLP/LLMs, or Computer Vision; contribute to IP and collaborate across teams.
