Financial Data Analyst Manager

Lead and develop a high-performing team of financial data analysts and technical operations specialists across US and India, delivering accurate, timely billing insights to GTM, Accounting, Finance, and Tax.
Drive strategic data analysis and insights by overseeing sophisticated analyses, trend identification, research, and visualizations that inform business decisions.
Manage billing operations excellence by triaging tickets, identifying potential misbilling, and determining refunds or clawbacks, with defined quality metrics and SLAs.
Partner with Finance and Accounting on month-end close, data validation, and incident investigations; support financial audits to ensure timely, accurate analyses.
Collaborate with Engineering to define product solutions, perform root cause analysis, and install quality and reliability standards to prevent billing anomalies.
Scale operations globally by coordinating US-India teams, implementing scalable processes, and fostering knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
