Client Support Specialist - Greater San Jose, CA Area (REMOTE)

Handle inbound inquiries from high-net-worth clients, providing product and service guidance and facilitating trades across options, equities, mutual funds, and fixed income.
Own cases from start to finish by researching issues, delivering solutions, and ensuring timely, accurate resolutions to complex requests.
Identify opportunities to enhance the client's financial strategy and collaborate with Financial Consultants to discuss next steps.
Partner with internal teams to research and resolve complex needs and proactively reach out to secure information and close requests.
Build strong relationships through proactive communication, delivering clear verbal and written explanations with professionalism.
Maintain required licenses (Series 7; Series 63 within 90 days) and stay compliant with FINRA and industry regulations while managing multiple priorities with effective time management.
