Senior, Data Scientist – Conversational AI

Lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end Generative AI systems and multimodal conversational capabilities, spanning voice, text, and UI interactions.
Advance natural language understanding (NLU) and dialogue management by leveraging transformers (BERT, Llama, GPT-like models) with safe fine-tuning and robust evaluation.
Work across data pipelines, labeling tools, ML-ops, and model serving to deliver production-grade AI agents at scale.
Analyze and improve conversational data through error and deviation analysis, building strong baselines and causal experiments to drive higher quality interactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define experimental plans, measure impact, and translate model improvements into real-world user experiences.
Contribute to demos, proof-of-concepts, technical papers, and thought leadership, while maintaining rigorous attention to detail and strong communication.
