Glazing and Cladding Estimator

The glazing and cladding estimator is responsible for preparing detailed cost plans, reviewing technical documentation, and producing comprehensive pricing for complex refurbishment and compliance projects. They develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and supply chain partners, identify commercial risks, and support bid strategy development. The role involves collaborating with delivery teams to ensure a seamless project handover and contributing to continuous improvement within the estimating function. Candidates should have experience in pre-construction environments, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple tenders under deadline pressure. Knowledge of facade remediation, fire safety projects, or Higher-Risk Building works is desirable, along with technical skills in reading drawings and specifications.
